Employee Training

One of the most critical elements of our program is the interfacing between our engineers and our client’s staff, namely, management representatives and warehouse operators.

By constantly communicating with the employees during every phase of the data collection and installation of the program, we achieve something rare in this industry: acceptance.

Employees usually support the Productivity Improvement Program if they understand it and feel part of it. For the program to succeed, management must obtain full cooperation from every participant.

This is accomplished through employee orientation sessions, during which we explain in detail the program objectives, the techniques being used, and the level of participation that we expect from everyone.

These sessions overcome employees’ apprehension, due to lack of information, and provide an opportunity to discuss their own ideas with managers and engineers. They also allow all participants to have their questions properly answered, so that fear, doubts, and resistance to change can be eliminated.
